Why Tell a Story?

Virtual 3D experiences such as Matterport are helpful, interactive, and a go-to for serious listings. They invite viewers into a virtual experience, but they can not invite viewers into an emotional experience. Narration accompanied by music has a unique way of capturing dreams, inviting viewers to put themselves into a space where they can envision themselves, their families, and their loved ones to live out a future they’ve only dreamed of. Some sellers like to write their own stories, some prefer to leave it to us. We value each and every relationship we are invited into and work hard to curate a story that conveys the magic of a place. Let’s talk….

Pricing

  • If you need voiceover alone we offer this service a la carte to address any of your needs. Price varies depending on the complexity of the project. We are happy to discuss this with you.

  • You provide video footage including interior/exterior videos and drone footage if desired (recommended). We work with these images adding narration and instrumental music, delivering a fully mastered video in high definition to use as you’d like. Pricing starts at $250 depending on the length of the video.

  • Depending on your location, Luxury Property Narrations can provide photography services including drone footage and walkthroughs. We also provide script writing – the kind of script that connects emotionally with viewers. Both of these services are billed separately. Please inquire.

  • Package pricing is available for loyal clients booking three or more videos per month. This applies to narration and video production.
